Hello, and thanks for visiting our page. We are Ron and Darla Waterwash, Weichert Realtors, Triumph Group. We work together and value the meaning of TEAM so much so that we call ourselves ‘Team Waterwash’.
I hope you too have been fortunate enough to have been a member of a great team. Any team, be it in the world of academics, arts, sports or any other endeavor that captured the value of working with others.
That is exactly how we approach our business. Some might posit that within the definition of teamwork is service. Team Waterwash serves. Some might propose that an essential root element of teamwork is work. Team Waterwash has a powerful work ethic. Yet someone may state that teamwork is all about individuals coming together to collectively reach their goals. Team Waterwash takes pride in fostering the success of you reaching your real estate goals.
Upon meeting us you will immediately recognize our effort to earn your trust. One can’t assume another’s trust; one must earn it. We will AND we will take great care to keep it. We are hopeful too, that upon meeting us you will feel like you have known us for a long time. We hope you feel that we are, as we said when we were little kids, “teams”.
We promise, we will serve with full force and integrity; we do that every single time.
Thank you very much,
Ron and Darla Waterwash, Weichert Realtors – Triumph Group
About Ron Waterwash
I have been in education for 37 years. I have served as an Industrial Technology Teacher, Athletic Director, Coach, and High School Guidance Counselor. Counseling and Coaching has dominated my career. I have played and coached many sports. I especially enjoyed baseball and basketball. I have also been a licensed basketball official and baseball umpire. Between playing sports myself, executing a coaching career and having raised two active sons, I have managed to capture greater good of those endeavors. We all know there are good days and bad, but there were way more good days, thankfully. I love to go the gym after a little reading first thing in the morning. I feel like I get that done and my whole day is downhill. I look forward to reading, playing a little golf and spending time with my family. I also enjoy woodworking. I built a workbench that is on casters so I can take it out to the driveway on nice sunny days. Oh, and I wouldn’t want to leave out my two little dogs, they are good little buddies. I hope our paths cross someday - Ron
As I read the above, I am reminded of the many years of conducting a career while trying to maintain my sanity as a “Coaches Wife”. All joking aside, being involved in the athletic world as a mom of two busy sons and a husband who always seemed on the go came with its rewards. I enjoyed supporting the teams and watching young people grow and develop. I was happy to do the work behind the scenes; it was truly a labor of love.
My career, too, has been one of service. From working for a large firm to managing a health and beauty spa, customer service is absolute must. It was a good fit, because I believe in providing the absolute best product and the absolute best service. I believe strongly in family and now that our boys are fully on their own, I am thankful they both live nearby. I enjoy our impromptu visits.
I like to paint, do puzzles and walk. I also love to craft and design things. I find true enjoyment in selecting or making gifts that are unique and especially for someone. For example, I like to make tree ornaments shaped in a little home for our real estate clients. I put the address of their home on the ornament and I really think they like the gift. That kind of thing makes me feel great. I know Ron said he likes our two dogs. . .but I am the one who walks them. I hope we have a chance to meet, if we can help you in any way, I hope you will reach out. Thanks - Darla
